{"id":756,"date":"2015-12-08T08:29:40","date_gmt":"2015-12-08T08:29:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/keperawatan.poltekkesdepkes-sby.ac.id\/?page_id=756"},"modified":"2021-03-18T16:37:40","modified_gmt":"2021-03-18T09:37:40","slug":"profil-keperawatan-soetomo","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/keperawatan.poltekkes-surabaya.ac.id\/index.php\/program-studi\/prodi-keperawatan-soetomo\/profil-keperawatan-soetomo\/","title":{"rendered":"PROFIL KEPERAWATAN SOETOMO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>PENDIRIAN INSTITUSI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pusat Pendidikan Tenaga Kesehatan (Pusdiknakes) Departemen Kesehatan  RI membuka dan melaksanakan Pendidikan Kedinasan Bidang Kesehatan baik  dalam jenjang Pendidikan Menengah (JPM) seperti Sekolah Perawat  Kesehatan (SPK), Sekolah Bidan, Sekolah Menengah Analis Kesehatan  (SMAK), Sekolah Pengatur Rawat Gigi (SPRG), maupun Jenjang Pendidikan  Tinggi (JPT) seperti Akademi Keperawatan (Akper), Akademi Kesehatan  Lingkungan (AKL) dan Akademi Teknik Elektromedik (ATEM).<\/p>\n<p>Sekitar tahun 1989 Sekolah-sekolah Departemen Kesehatan yang  tergabung pada Jenjang Pendidikan Menengah (JPM) dikonversi menjadi  Jenjang Pendidikan Tinggi (JPT) yang disebut Akademi, seperti Sekolah  Perawat dan Sekolah Bidan dikonversi menjadi Akademik Keperawatan dan  Akademi Kebidanan, Sekolah Menengah Analis Kesehatan menjadi Akademi  Analis Kesehatan, Sekolah Pengatur Rawat Gigi menjadi Akademi Kesehatan  Gigi.<\/p>\n<p>Sekolah-sekolah Jenjang Pendidikan Menengah (JPM) yang dikonversi  menjadi Jenjang Pendidikan Tinggi (JPT) kemungkinan untuk melembaga  dirasakan banyak kesulitan, maka salah satu antisipasi yang terbaik pada  saat itu agar efektif dan efisien adalah dengan dikembangkan  kelembagaannya menjadi Politeknik Kesehatan Surabaya (Poltekkes)  termasuk diantaranya adalah 13 Akademi Kesehatan yang ada di Jawa Timur  melembaga menjadi Politeknik Kesehatan Surabaya sesuai dengan Surat  Keputusan Menkes-Kesos Nomor 1207\/MENKES-KESOS\/SK\/2001 tanggal 12  Nopember 2001.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Konversi tersebut adalah :<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. <strong>Akademi Keperawatan menjadi Jurusan Keperawatan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Akademi      Keperawatan Sutomo menjadi Program Studi Keperawatan Sutomo<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Akademi Keperawatan Sutopo      menjadi Program Studi Keperawatan Sutopo.<\/li>\n<li>Akademi      Keperawatan Sidarjo menjadi Program Studi Keperawatan Sidoarjo.<\/li>\n<li>Akademi      Keperawatan Tuban menjadi Program Studi Keperawatan Tuban.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Akademi Kebidanan mejadi Jurusan Kebidanan<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Akademi      Kebidanan Sutomo menjadi Program Studi Kebidanan Sutomo.<\/li>\n<li>Akademi      Kebidanan Magetan menjadi Program Studi Kebidanan Magetan.<\/li>\n<li>Akademi Kebidanan Bangkalan menjadi Program      Studi Kebidanan Bangkalan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Akademi Kesehatan Lingkungan menjadi Jurusan Kesehatan Lingkungan.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Akademi      Kesehatan Lingkungan Surabaya menjadi Program Studi Kesehatan Lingkungan      Surabaya.<\/li>\n<li>Akademi      Kesehatan Lingkungan Madiun menjadi Program Studi Kesehatan Lingkungan      Madiun.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4. Akademi teknik Elektromedik menjadi Jurusan Teknik Elektromedik<br \/>\n5. Akademi Kesehatan Gigi menjadi Jurusan Kesehatan Gigi.<br \/>\n6. Akademi Analis Kesehatan menjadi Jurusan Analis Kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p>Dan pada tahun 2007 Program Studi Keperawatan Anestesi Surabaya  ditiadakan, sehingga Politeknik Kesehatan Surabaya terdiri dari 6  Jurusan dengan 12 Program Studi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DASAR PENYELENGGARAAN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Undang-undang nomor 23 tahun 1992 tentang Kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p>2. Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 32 tahun 1996 tentang Tenaga Kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p>3. Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 60 tahun 1999 tentang Pendidikan Tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>4. Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan dan Kesejahteraan Sosial Nomor  298\/MENKES-KESOS\/SK\/IV\/2001 tentang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Politeknik  Kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p>5. Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia nomor  1277\/Menkes\/SK\/X\/2001 tentang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Departemen  Kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p>6. Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor  OT.01.01.2.4.0375 tahun 2003 tentang Pedoman Organisasi dan Tatalaksana  Politeknik Kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p>7. Undang-Undang nomor 20 tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional.<\/p>\n<p>8. Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Republik Indonesia Nomor  232\/U\/2000 tentang Pedoman Penyusunan Kurikulum Pendidikan Tinggi dan  Penilaian Hasil Belajar.<\/p>\n<p>9. Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan dan Kesejahteraan Sosial Nomor  1207\/MENKES-KESOS\/SK\/XI\/2001 tanggal 12 Nopember 2001 tentang  Pembentukan Politeknik Kesehatan Malang, Palangkaraya, Surabaya, Banda  Aceh dan Ternate.<\/p>\n<p>10. Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor  HK.00.06.2.4.3199 tahun 2004 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Penyelenggaraan  Pendidikan JPT Pendidikan Tenaga Kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p>11. Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor  HK.00.06.2.4.3198 tentang Pedoman Penata Usahaan Ijasah Pendidikan  Diploma Bidang Kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p>12. Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia nomor 1575 tahun  2005 tentang Penyempurnaan Organisasi dan Tata Laksana Politeknik  Kesehatan Surabaya.<\/p>\n<p>Pada tahun 2010 terjadi pergantian pimpinan di lingkungan Politeknik  Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Surabaya, sehinggan menjadi :<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Program Studi D3 Keperawatan Kampus Soetomo Surabaya<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2. Program Studi D3 Keperawatan Kampus Sutopo Surabaya<\/p>\n<p>3. Program Studi D3 Keperawatan Kampus Sidoarjo<\/p>\n<p>4. Program Studi D3 Keperawatan Kampus Tuban<\/p>\n<p>5. Program Studi D3 Kebidanan Kampus Sutomo Surabaya<\/p>\n<p>6. Program Studi D3 Kebidanan Kampus Magetan<\/p>\n<p>7. Program Studi D3 Kebidanan Kampus Bangkalan<\/p>\n<p>8. Program Studi D3 Kesehatan Lingkungan Kampus\u00a0 Surabaya<\/p>\n<p>9. Program Studi D3 Kesehatan Lingkungan Kampus\u00a0 Madiun<\/p>\n<p>10. Program Studi D3 Teknik Elektromedik Kampus\u00a0 Surabaya<\/p>\n<p>11. Program Studi D3 keperawatan Gigi Kampus\u00a0 Surabaya<\/p>\n<p>12. Program Studi D3 Analis Kesehatan Kampus\u00a0 Surabaya<\/p>\n<p>13. Program Studi D3 Gizi Kampus Surabaya<\/p>\n<p>Awal berdirinya Program Studi Keperawatan Kampus Soetomo Surabaya,  adalah dari Pendidikan Ahli Madya Keperawatan Soetomo Surabaya, kemudian pada tahun \u00a02001 ada perubahan dalam tatalaksana  organisasi Departemen Kesehatan, yang semula berada dibawah naungan  Kantor Wilayah Departemen Kesehatan Propinsi Jawa Timur berbah menjadi  dibawah Politeknik Kesehatan Surabaya dengan SK Menkes RI no. 1207\/  Menkes\/ SK\/ XI\/ 2001 tentang pembentukan Politeknik Kesehatan Surabaya,  Malang, Palangkaraya, Banda Aceh dan Ternate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VISI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201c<span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;\" lang=\"EN-ID\">Menjadi Pusat Rujukan Pendidikan DIII keperawatan yang berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan keunggulan kompetitif di bidang kegawatdaruratan tahun 2022<\/span>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MISI<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span
